Turtles All the Way Down

John Green has a new book out today, Turtles All the Way Down. I love John Green. I've read all his books and I can't wait to read this one. It's been five years since he released a new book. The last one he released, maybe you've heard of it, was The Fault in Our Stars, which I highly recommend if you're needing a good cry. And sometimes you do need a good cry. It was adapted for the big screen, but I never watched it because I have a hard time watching movies based on books I like. I want it to be exactly like the book and that literally never happens.

Here's a list of John Green's previous releases:

Looking for Alaska

An Abundance of Katherines

Let It Snow: Three Holiday Romances – with Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle

Paper Towns

Will Grayson, Will Grayson – with David Levithan

The Fault in Our Stars

Quick side note on Will Grayson, Will Grayson: it's my least favorite. I still enjoyed it, I just prefer the others. And, if you're going to read one thing by David Levithan, it should definitely be Everyday. Back to John Green.

Aside from his novels, John Green also has a YouTube channel called Vlog Brothers with his brother Hank and is a big contributor to Mental Floss' YouTube channel. Mental Floss covers a variety of topics and has well over five hundred episodes. It's a rabbit hole. You've been warned.

Anyway, (never anyways) here's a video regarding common mispronunciations:

And one more. Because contronyms. I find contronyms fascinating.

We'll talk about contronyms later.
