New Release Day!

Tiffany Diaz-Linam is on a roll, releasing another book to help you understand how diet effects your body and how getting massages regularly can alleviate the symptoms of autoimmune diseases.

In Heal Your Leaky Gut, she identifies the cyclical link between inflammation, immunity, and gut health that often leads to chronic illness. She explains how gut microbiota are established, as well as diet and environmental factors that influence their composition and health.Leaky gut syndrome, caused by unhealthy gut microbiota, has been linked to chronic inflammatory diseases as both a cause and an effect. Tiffany describes the inflammatory process and details how inflammation affects each system of the body. She offers a holistic, bodywork centered approach to healing the gut and alleviating chronic inflammation, based on her extensive experience in the fields of nursing and massage therapy.

Also out today, How to Stop Time by Matt Haig.

I haven't read it yet, but I've heard great things from a few advanced readers.*

"Tom Hazard has a dangerous secret. He may look like an ordinary 41-year-old, but owing to a rare condition, he's been alive for centuries. Tom has lived history--performing with Shakespeare, exploring the high seas with Captain Cook, and sharing cocktails with Fitzgerald. Now, he just wants an ordinary life."

Cocktails with Fitzgerald, so long as it's Zelda, sounds pretty fun and so does this book. I'm adding it to the list.

You can find the full list of new releases here. Oh, and Jimmy Pat made the list. Because he now averages one book a week, I guess. Good for him!

More importantly, you can pre-order Michelle Obama's memoir, Becoming. I know that's what I'm doing as soon as I finish this post.

*Speaking of advanced readers, we're looking for a few. As an advanced reader, you get a free copy of our upcoming releases. We're looking not only for feedback for the author, but also reviews. Small publishers like us rely on reviews to get noticed. So, our advanced readers are pretty important to us. If you're interested, contact us. We'll get you set up. And thanks in advance!

October is my second favorite month of the year; November is my absolute favorite. The weather is perfect, Thanksgiving is involved, I can wear a sweater most days. What's not to love about November?
